About the Innovation Israel 2024
Nicknamed the ‘Startup Nation’, Israel punches above its weight on innovation and high-tech entrepreneurship. In almost every major field – technology, medicine, agriculture – and in every facets of life, Israeli innovation and inventions are legendarily felt.
Conference Tracks & Events
Technological Advances & Inventions
There two parts to this Track. First, we welcome abstracts or papers that research or explore recent technological breakthroughs and their applications in industry/ fields (e.g., healthcare, energy, transportation, communication, banking & finance, arts, education, etc).
Second, we also welcome abstracts or papers that analyse or examine novel technologies and inventions that contribute to sustainability, renewable energy, waste reduction, and environmentally friendly solutions.
Innovation & Entrepreneurship
There four parts to this tract. First, we welcome abstracts or papers that examine the role of government policies, academic institutions, incubators, and accelerators in creating a conducive environment for fostering entrepreneurship and innovation.
Second, we welcome abstracts or papers that examine entrepreneurship within creative and cultural sectors, exploring how artists, designers, and cultural entrepreneurs are leveraging innovation to develop sustainable and impactful businesses.
Third, we welcome abstracts or papers that examine how established organisations are fostering a culture of entrepreneurship within their ranks, encouraging employees to generate innovative ideas and turn them into successful projects.
Fourth, we welcome abstracts or papers that explore how digital technologies, such as AI, blockchain, and IoT, are shaping entrepreneurial ventures and redefining business models in the era of Industry 4.0.
Design-Driven Innovation & Management
There two parts to this track. First, we welcome abstracts or papers that examine or explore how organisations integrate design thinking principles into their innovation strategies, showcasing real-world case studies, challenges faced, and successful outcomes.
Second, we welcome abstracts or papers that delve into the journey of design-driven startups, covering topics such as identifying market opportunities, creating user-centered solutions, prototyping, and successfully launching products or services.
Creativity & Innovation
There are four parts to this Track. First, we welcome abstracts or paper that examine the Role of Creativity in Problem Solving specifically how creativity drives innovative solutions to complex challenges across various domains.
Second, we welcome abstracts or papers that examine how technological advancements and innovative practices are reshaping industries and driving economic growth.
Third, we welcome abstracts or papers that examine the role of digital technologies in fostering new forms of creativity, such as virtual art, augmented reality, and online collaboration platforms.
Fourth, we welcome abstracts or papers that examine creativity and innovation metrics as relate to developing and evaluating metrics that quantify creativity and innovation to better understand their impact on organizational success.
Technological Innovation and Future Possibilities
There are four parts to this Track. First, we welcome abstracts or papers that explore the Future of Work in the Age of Automation e.g. analyse how automation, AI, and robotics are reshaping the job market, work environments, and the skills required for the workforce of the future.
Second, we welcome abstracts or papers that investigate the role of technology in revolutionising education, including online learning platforms, virtual classrooms, and AI-driven personalized learning experiences.
Third, we welcome abstracts or papers that examine cybersecurity in our interconnected world, exploring strategies to protect critical infrastructure, personal data, and digital systems as technology becomes more deeply integrated into our daily lives.
Fourth, we welcome abstracts or papers on Smart Cities and Urban Innovation; papers that investigate how smart technologies are transforming urban environments, addressing challenges related to transportation, energy efficiency, waste management, and citizen engagement.
